Iätön was born from the creative mind of Woewrb (Serpentfyre, Hatespirit). They offer timeless Black Metal from the deep and dark wastelands of Northern Finland, deeply rooted in the Scandinavian black metal tradition and carrying the flames of the old.

After two succesfull demo tapes we now have the debut album of our northern brethren. “Portit Pohjolan” is a celebration of Nordic Black Metal legacy and the desolate grandeur of the wild of Northern Finland. Savage and primitive tunes with an entrancing atmosphere – black metal of the days gone.
