Since I am able to I will highlight some of the the not so well-known secrects of the local Oulu Black Metal scene of the late 90s and now I am proud to announce USVA.

Their sole demo “Seitsemät Siivet” from 1999 is one of those hidden gems. A gorgeous work of northern melancholy and black metal spirit of the days gone. The nightwinds they speak of mystical romanticism and ghastly atmosphere invoked from the dim mist – the fog – Usva.

Recorded in a professional studio in a time when no-one could bedroom produce their black metal this withstands the test of time easily and is an essential piece for any collector of Finnish Black Metal cassettes.
